– more than a trick ski
Feature Boards is a German brand founded in 2017 by Alexander Graw. As a two-time world champion and long-standing world record holder in slalom waterskiing, Alexander Graw brings not only exceptional athletic experience but also a clear vision: to develop a modern crossover ski that combines classic waterski tricks with the demands of today’s feature and wake parks.
This vision led to the creation of Feature Boards – with the goal of building a ski that feels like a traditional trick ski while being robust and flexible enough for riding features, ramps, and kickers at cable parks. Conventional trick skis are usually very stiff, offer almost no flex, and are not suitable for cable use, as they tend to break under these conditions.
Feature Boards are built with a high-quality wood core and reinforced with carbon and fiberglass, as well as a durable ABS edge. This construction makes the boards significantly stronger and more resilient than traditional trick skis. To this day, not a single board has broken – a clear testament to uncompromising quality and durability.
The precisely tuned flex of the boards offers decisive performance advantages: riders can build up more pressure and release it explosively during takeoff, enabling exceptionally high air tricks at the cable. At the same time, the flex allows for softer, more controlled landings, as the board absorbs impacts far better than a stiff, conventional trick ski.
Feature Boards stands for innovation, durability, and maximum performance – developed by a world-class athlete for everyone who wants to combine classic waterskiing with modern feature riding.
